The service
Oracle Thread offers free cultural-learning tools and personalized, human-prepared symbolic-reflection reports. Reports are digital and are delivered through your signed-in account; no physical item is shipped. The service is for reflection and cultural learning, not medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, or other professional advice. We do not promise a particular outcome.
Accounts and materials
You need an account to save a reading request or receive a report. Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information relevant to your request. Submit only materials you are authorized to share, and avoid sensitive details that are not needed for the reading. We may decline a request that seeks professional or emergency advice or that we cannot safely fulfill.
Prices, orders, and delivery
Before payment, the checkout shows the reading type, package, total price in USD, report length, and delivery estimate. A paid order is created only after payment is verified by our server. PayPal processes the payment; Oracle Thread does not store full payment-card numbers.
Within 48 hours after verified payment, we will accept the order or decline it and request a full refund through PayPal. If accepted, a separate 48-hour delivery period begins. If acceptance occurs near the end of the first period, the total time from payment to delivery may approach 96 hours. Acceptance alone does not mean preparation has started. Preparation starts after an administrator actually begins the individual reading, marks the order as in progress, and posts a work-start notice in your order details.
If essential additional information is needed, we will request it in your order details. The delivery clock pauses while we wait for your reply, and the adjusted deadline is shown there. If you do not reply within 14 days, the order is referred for manual closure review; it is not automatically closed or refunded.
We deliver the completed report to your account. Check your order details for its status, messages, and adjusted delivery deadline. If we are responsible for non-delivery or miss that adjusted deadline, you may request a refund review as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. For a request submitted on Saturday or Sunday, the following Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday count as the three UTC business days for a progress reply, with the deadline at the same UTC time on Wednesday. For a Friday submission, the deadline is the following Wednesday at the same UTC time. This is a progress-reply deadline, not a deadline for a final decision or for funds to arrive.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a verified paid order for a full refund before actual preparation starts, including after acceptance but before the work-start notice appears in your order details. Once preparation has started, ordinary change-of-mind cancellation is not normally available for a personalized report. Seller-caused non-delivery or a missed adjusted delivery deadline may qualify for a full refund after review. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law or your PayPal dispute rights.
Availability and changes
When checkout is unavailable, you can save a draft but cannot submit a paid order. We may update the service or these terms; material changes will be dated and posted on this page before they apply.
